The key to happiness is feeling Optimistic. You can increase your feelings of optimism by starting to think about all the reasons why you're a great person. List as many things as you can think of. You'll be surprised at how many great qualities you have that you simply take for granted on a daily basis. This exercise only takes a few seconds a day and can quickly shift your mindset from negative to positive thinking.
